また食材、調理方法の変更につきましてもお受けできない場合がございます。
なお、魚介類をお肉料理へ変更される場合は別途2,000円頂戴致します。

INTERIOR空間について
1986年(昭和61年)まで造り酒屋だったこの建物は1810年（文化7年）の建築で敷地は約2000坪あり、本棟造りの母屋を九つの蔵と屋敷林が囲んでいます。 平成17年9月、国の有形文化財に指定されました。
Set in a beautiful, tranquil early 19th century (Bunka year 7) rural surrounding. The recently refurbished Japanese restaurant “Maruyama” opened in June of 2019. The original building and nine store houses (Kura) are set in a huge open space (2,000Tsubo) that were once used to make Japanese Sake. In September of the 2005, the building was given prestigious cultural recognition, by the Japanese government.
